     Unlike replacement window companies that only work with old homes and/or old windows, we are able to cater to a large group of consumers that have all different types of window related problems that they want to have corrected, but, WITHOUT the mess or big expense of having to replace their existing windows. (regardless if they have single or double pane glass, or the age of their homes) The bulk of our business comes from homes that already have double pane windows.  Most of these homes are relatively new, so spending more money to replace their windows is out of the question.  A lot of the homes have outside brick, stone or other type materials that the homeowners do not want window replacement contractors to disturb or remove. 

     We also work with older homes that are in historical districts where exterior window replacement is not permitted. The same is true with condo and town home complexes where exterior changes are not allowed. 

     Inside mounted "Climatizer" windows are consumer friendly, with absolutely no demolition or tear out mess. And, just one day installation. With that said, it still is something that can't sell itself. It has to be promoted and advertised so that consumers can be made aware that it exists and that it is available for purchase.

     We would prefer a direct sales background of dealing with consumers on a one to one basis, whether it be an individual or a company in related fields such as, blinds, sun screens, ect.

     Our sales approach and presentation is as unique as our product. We would train you on what has been successful for us and has kept us in business for over 30 years. This would include presentations, marketing, installation and promotional media.
